"Will you marry me?" on Easter at Destiny!

04-08-12

I just got back from Cavite. I was really in a bad mood because after getting off the Cavite-MRT jeepney, I found out that there was no MRT/LRT on that day. I didn't want to take the bus! I had a really heavy bag and my guitar, and I just didn't feel like taking a bus. So I rode a taxi cab. Now things just got weirder. The taxi driver was really really loquacious. He kept on asking me stuff, which kinda pissed me off but I just calmed myself. Someone kept calling him on the phone. He was using his phone while driving! -__- Later, I learned that the one calling him was his first girlfriend who used to go to UST. And btw, the driver is married! So basically, he is cheating big time. Ew. How did I know? He told me himself. The guts. So while he was talking on the phone, which was really creepy (the things he said), I amused myself when we passed by Makati. The skyscrapers and all. Really nice.

And yesss! Kalay! Dropped off my stuff and headed straight to FI. Great. 3pm. I'm not late! I sat with Ate Gelaii and her sister. Awesome preaching! And then, after that, the wedding proposal. I cannot exactly eliminate the things that happened but here's the video:

It was featured in GMA-7's 24 Oras. EPIC. :)

Easter Sunday, more fun at Destiny!

Hindi yan snow.

A. Roces Sr. Ave., University of the Philippines- Diliman, Quezon City
aka "Freshie Walk"

Why Freshie Walk? Not because it's exclusive for freshmen, but because this is the street where a lot of freshies, well, walk in. Aynako basta.

Anyway, every summer, the cotton trees, well, produce cotton, and yeah, they fall off the tree and you know. HAHAHA sorry sabaw ako ngayon. So ayun, mukhang ganito  lagi ang freshie walk, or at least dun sa may AS na portion. And btw, yung cotton na galing sa cotton tree is even softer than the commercial cotton we buy. Cool lang.

CRS madness

So on April Fools Day, the CRS team had their own way of trolling. Nyan cat and Comic Sans. Who knew? Hahaha. And then, this... CRS on summer mode. :)

Yes, because CRS is awesome like that. Not for the pre-enlistment and grades parts though. Kbye.

Oh, and they also had this 'dramatic' BW for the Holy Week.

And just recently, this:

Graduation time! Congratulations people-who-are-finally-getting-out-of-this-sweet-misery-called-UP. Haha jk.

No signs of Phy71 finals hang-over.

03-31-12

After the final exam, like literally, Reza and I went to TriNoma! We ate at Taco Bell.

Their chips/nachos are really really good. While we were eating, we saw this one guy who was playing the "primitive yoyo" (inside joke) just across Taco Bell. He was really good. After just a few secs, a guy with a really huge video equipment was already shooting him. The video camera looked really professional-ish so we assumed he was from a tv network or something. When we went out of the resto, a guy with a microphone was already interviewing him. Man, that guy's gonna be famous. I assume their from Studio 23 or something. And oh, here are the receipts with our names on it. Or shall I say, with someone else's names on it. My gosh, they need to learn how to spell.. SRSLY

And so we began our search for the travelling bags. We went inside Landmark. It was a loooong search. Finally, we bought our bags na. It's cheap and has a really cute color. And then random stuff na. Reza bought a watch and a wallet at Tomato for her sister. And then I got my piercing at Silverworks which was shown in the video in the previous post. And then, we bought accessories (actually, isa lang: the leopard print clips). Hahaha, these are pricey kasi..

Really cute though..
And then we bought belts. Belts nowadays are expensive. I mean, they're just belts okaaay but you know.. Anyway, we decided to go home. Since there are no more jeepneys at the TriNoma terminal, we crossed the foot bridge and went to SM North Edsa. And that was during the Earth Hour! SM was sweet. They really turned off I think 60% of the lights and had these:

It's just a lantern-like lamp. It's all over the place, the streetsides and walkways. The restos there at the Sky Garden, like all of them, were candle-lit. And sky lanterns were flown. At the Sky Dome was THE MAINE. Yesss. Hahaha, we heard them perform. We didn't know that that was that night. The concert, I mean. And then, we went to the terminal and saw the loooooong queue for UP Diliman. We decided to go inside SM and buy the guitar strap at JB Music. Violet guitar strap and orange pick. Here's a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqMI9qsFhmw&feature=youtu.be

And then, we decided to go home. Or Kalay. Whatever.
Reza did some shopping. Hahaha :D

PS
Here's a video of the girl and her friend, Wacky. Toys like this can cause schizophrenia. Like srsly.

3rd ear piercing

03-31-12
So Reza and I went to TriNoma to eat and buy some stuff. We dropped by Silverworks and decided to get some piercing. I got my left ear pierced, and well, here's the video. GPOY. HAHAHA. :)

The BOMB @ QCLM

03-29-12

Ate Karen texted us about a mentoring that's gonna be held at the Christian Fellowship. At first, Reza and I were hesitant to go but we did. And thank God we did!

The worship was awesome and the place was great. We were with pastors from different parts of Luzon. The BOMB was great! He preached about the right behavior any Christian should have. Idk why but I zoned out, good thing Criz had those really maanghang Mentos and so nabuhay ulit ako. Haha. :)

We rode jeep otw to UP. Aaand resumed the reviewing for Phy71 finals.

Blurred on purpose

So this was the video I was talking about in my previous post.
Just jamming with Janina and Reza. And yes, it's blurred on purpose. HAHAHA, I don't want you to see how messy my room is okaaay.
